In this position, you will have the opportunity to interact with our clients, provide high-quality support, and contribute to our success in the microfinancing field.
Consulting with current and prospective clients over the phone;
Promoting the company's products and services;
Identifying, investigating, and providing solutions to customer requests.
Fluency in Romanian and Russian: proper expression, clear diction, charisma.
Ability to handle situations that arise during work with calmness.
Computer literacy at a user level.
Experience in a microfinance company/bank/call center is an advantage.
