Application Processing Operator

- processing the first messages from Meta (Instagram/Facebook);

- distribution of requests among managers;

- receiving and processing orders from an online furniture store;

- Calling clients to confirm orders. Proficiency in Russian and Romanian (oral and written) is required.

Experience in sales or furniture industry will be an advantage

• Proficiency in Russian and Romanian is mandatory (oral and written);

• Confident use of Instagram / Facebook / Messenger (experience communicating with clients in Meta is a plus);

• Proficiency in computers and CRM systems (preferably Bitrix24);

• Attentiveness, responsibility, ability to work with a flow of messages;

• Literate speech and a pleasant tone of communication on the phone;

• Ability to quickly navigate and switch between tasks;

• Experience in sales or furniture industry will be an advantage.
