Work exclusively with online store clients without cold calling!
Handling incoming calls and making outgoing calls;
Processing orders in the CRM system;
Choosing optimal solutions for each client;
Assisting clients with any arising questions;
Offering related and alternative products.
Advanced PC user;
Ability to make decisions quickly;
Good communication skills;
Desire to interact frequently and in a friendly manner;
Proficient verbal and written language skills;
Fluent in Russian and the state language;
Willingness to constantly learn and improve;
Experience in contact centers or in sales is an advantage.
