The online store Pandashop is inviting active and sociable individuals to join our team to work in the Customer Support Service.
This is a post-sales role with our customers who contact us, having purchased the wrong item and wish to exchange it, mixed up the sizes, the product doesn't work or it stopped working within the warranty period. The customer relations service directs our customers to the service center they need, negotiates with the warehouse for an exchange or the possibility of returning the goods, etc.
Receiving and processing customer requests for exchanges, returns, or repairs of products;
Maintaining relationships with suppliers and facilitating document exchange;
Working with internal software (we provide training).
Fluency in the state language and Russian required;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to make quick decisions;
Correct oral and written expression.
