The Support Call Center Operator is responsible for managing customer interactions through phone calls, electronic messages, or chat, ensuring that customers receive the assistance and information they need.
Outgoing, energetic, and positive individual;
Fluent in Romanian and Russian;
Advanced PC skills;
Completed higher education or in the process of completion;
Willingness to work shifts;
Relevant field experience would be an advantage.

Working hours between: 08.00-20.00;
4 work shifts of 6-8 hours/day with daily rotation;
Workdays: Monday – Sunday;
