Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries and requests by phone and in writing;
Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's services both over the phone and in writing;
Schedule patients with specialists based on their complaints;
Schedule patients according to the treatment plan developed remotely;
Work with tasks in CRM;
Monitor patient status in CRM and periodically recontact them to inform about various offers and promotions;
Ensure the rapid and accurate introduction, verification, and updating of information in the database;
Receive calls from potential and existing customers;
Process requests from all platforms and social networks and allocate them as appropriate;
Other customer service-related responsibilities.
Proficiency in two foreign languages among the following: English, French, Italian, Spanish;
Good computer skills;
