Experience in managing a lead generation team: at least 2 years in the call center, dispatch, sales, or telephonic services field;

Capacity to work with a large volume of information;
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies;
Advanced user of CRMs (AMO, Bitrix) and other process management systems.
Assigning tasks to the team, distributing leads among managers;
Generating leads through cold calls and messages;
Monitoring received leads, processing them, and forwarding to the sales department;
Searching for and updating databases for outbound campaigns;
Logging leads in CRM (AMO, Bitrix) and passing them on with a complete set of data;
Creating reports on the quantity and quality of the leads passed on.
