Responsibility

  • Experience in managing a lead generation team: at least 2 years in the call center, dispatch, sales, or telephonic services field;

  • Ability to efficiently distribute tasks within the team;

  • Ability to quickly change strategies and approaches depending on the situation;

  • Ability to rapidly analyze received information, identify problems, and make decisions to solve them;

  • Capacity to work with a large volume of information;

  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies;

  • Advanced user of CRMs (AMO, Bitrix) and other process management systems.

Obligations

  • Assigning tasks to the team, distributing leads among managers;

  • Generating leads through cold calls and messages;

  • Monitoring received leads, processing them, and forwarding to the sales department;

  • Searching for and updating databases for outbound campaigns;

  • Logging leads in CRM (AMO, Bitrix) and passing them on with a complete set of data;

  • Creating reports on the quantity and quality of the leads passed on.

Salary: 20,000 MDL
