Job description

Q-Group is hiring a Call Center Team Leader.

Responsibility

  • Experience in managing a lead generation team: at least 2 years in the field of call centers, dispatch, sales, or telephone services; 

  • The ability to efficiently distribute tasks within the team; 

  • The capacity to quickly change strategies and approaches depending on the situation; 

  • The ability to quickly analyze received information, identify issues, and make decisions for their resolution; 

  • The capacity to work with a large volume of information; 

  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies;

  • Advanced user of CRMs (AMO, Bitrix) and other process management systems.

Obligations

  • Assigning tasks for the team, distributing leads among managers;

  • Generating leads through cold calls and messages;

  • Controlling received leads, processing them, and forwarding them to the sales department;

  • Searching for and updating databases for outbound campaigns;

  • Logging leads into CRM (AMO, Bitrix) and transferring them with a complete set of data;

  • Creating reports on the quantity and quality of the transferred leads.
