Roslin is looking for Customer Support Agent.
No cold calls, no sales, existing customers only.

Responsibility

Job: process incoming calls, register orders, and coordinate service delivery.
Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality.

Obligations

  • Upper-intermediate or fluent English;

  • Proficiency in a language other than English is a great advantage! (for example Russian, Georgian, Spanish, Chinese, or Korean)

  • Stress resistance, conflict resolution, and problem-solving;

  • User-level computer literacy.

Skills

Organizational skills, ability to work independently with manager-led coaching;
Exceptional communication and verbal skills.

Working conditions

Schedules:

17:00 – 00:00;
19:00 – 02:00;
19:00 – 01:00;
19:00 – 00:00.
+Taxi back home;
30-minute lunch break, 2 days off each week.

OR

07:00 – 16:00;
13:00 – 22:00;
16:00 – 01:00 + Taxi back home;
22:00 – 07:00.
1-hour lunch break, working days: Sat-Sun, 5 days off each week.
