- Take over and process patient requests for home medical services.
- Provide clear and precise information about our services.
- Schedule and coordinate the medical staff visits.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and the medical team.
- Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages (mandatory).
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- Organizational skills and efficient time management.
- Experience in the field is a plus, but not mandatory.
