Responsibility

  • Identify any specific customer requirements

  • Take phone calls and gather information provided by the customer

  • Record incidents and customer requests in the ticket management system

  • Update records with details of all actions taken and any new information obtained

  • Monitor transferred tickets until resolution, maintaining communication with the customer and the responsible group

  • Ensure the administration of IT resources in accordance with the client's security standard.

Obligations

Experience in work is preferable, but it can also be the first job; Knowledge of French language; Proactive attitude, results-oriented; Coherent and correct speech; Resilience to stress; Interest in technical support activity; Results-oriented, desire to influence the level of remuneration.
