Responsibility

Identify any specific client requirements. Collect information provided by the client over the phone. Record customer incidents and requests in the signal management system. Update records with details of all actions taken and any new information obtained. Monitor transferred signals until resolved, maintaining communication with the client and the responsible resolution group. Ensure administration of IT resources in accordance with the client's security standards.

Obligations

Experience in work preferably, but it can also be the first job. Knowledge of the Spanish language. Perseverance, seriousness, flexibility, proactive attitude, results-oriented. Coherent and correct speaking. Resistance to stress. Interest in technical support activities. Results-oriented, desire to influence the level of remuneration.
