Job description

We are looking for a customer service manager, a communication expert eager to help solve all our customers' needs.

Responsibility

  • Receiving incoming calls

  • Ensuring fast and quality customer service

  • Responding professionally and promptly to customer inquiries and requests

  • Working with the database, accurately inputting information into CRM

Obligations

Fluent level of speaking the Romanian language Skills in professional oral and written communication Customer-oriented Previous experience in the field of telephone support or customer relations (advantageous) Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, chat, email) Ability to handle difficult situations and find solutions Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
