Answer incoming calls with professionalism
Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date
Redirect calls to the right departments (dispatch, prepay, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Fluent English – verbal & written
Responsible, attentive, adaptable, and friendl
