Provide constructive feedback based on call analysis;
Monitor quality and discipline within the team to maintain high standards;
Collaborate with our partners to ensure excellence in every interaction.
Completed higher education;
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
Proven experience in team development and training;
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage an effective team;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and business relationship development skills;
Fluency in Romanian and Russian (mandatory); English is an advantage;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
