Responsibility

  • Implement and monitor innovative strategies for a successful contact center;

  • Coordinate resources and efficiently distribute tasks;

  • Set and analyze key performance metrics that define team success;

  • Evaluate agents' performance and take action to achieve ambitious goals;

  • Provide constructive feedback based on call analysis;

  • Monitor quality and discipline within the team to maintain high standards;

  • Collaborate with our partners to ensure excellence in every interaction.

Obligations

  • Completed higher education;

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;

  • Proven experience in team development and training;

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage an effective team;

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business relationship development skills;

  • Fluency in Romanian and Russian (mandatory); English is an advantage;

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
