The bank branches' team is looking for a colleague for the position of Mass-Market Client Relationship Manager.
The objective of the role is to ensure the business plan, promote and sell banking products and services, as well as ensure the accurate recording of transactions in this regard.
Promote and sell banking products and services, especially loan products;
Attract customers and maintain relationships with existing Mass Market clients;
Ensure compliance with the norms for keeping credit, accounting records, storage and preservation on technical supports of the data recorded in accounting, as well as checking their accuracy;
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with established requirements.
University studies in the economic field;
Sales and negotiation skills;
Communication skills and teamwork;
Knowledge of the regulatory documents governing banking activities;
Competence in analyzing the economic and financial situation of enterprises;
Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
Computer proficiency at a user level;
