Purpose of the Vacant Public Service Position, according to the job description:

Carries out, at the territorial level, activities related to the establishment and re-examination, suspension, resumption and extension of

the right to pensions and other social benefits, as well as the review of petitions and communications on the activities

carried out

Responsibility

The basic duties of the vacant public service position, according to the job description:

Conducting processing activities for applications and documents related to the establishment and review

of pensions and other social benefits.

Handling documents/information for the suspension, resumption, and extension of rights to pensions

and other social benefits.

Taking necessary measures for the reimbursement of improperly received pension funds and other social benefits.

Reviewing petitions related to the establishment and reexamination of pensions and other social benefits, with

the preparation of responses.

Obligations

Conditions for participation in the competition:

a. be a citizen of the Republic of Moldova;

b. possess the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory

within the limits established by law;

c. have full exercise capacity;

d. not have reached the age of 63 years;

e. be fit, from a health point of view, for the exercise of the public function, according

to the medical certificate issued by the competent medical institution, if special health

requirements are established for the respective function;

f. have the necessary education provided for the respective public function;

g. in the last 5 years, has not been dismissed from a public function according to art. 64 para. (1) lit. a) and b) or has not

had their contract of employment terminated for disciplinary reasons;

h. does not have unexpunged criminal records for intentionally committed crimes;

i. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to exercise a certain activity, as

a main or complementary punishment, as a result of the definitive court sentence that

imposed this interdiction;

j. does not have a ban on holding a public position or public dignity, which arises from an act of

finding by the National Integrity Authority.

Specific requirements for participation in the competition:

Studies:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting, economics, finance, economic law;

Professional development courses (specialization courses in the field of public administration,

organizational communication).

Professional experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field

Knowledge:

Knowledge of the state language and the official language of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;

Knowledge of the legislation in the field.

Skills: Computer skills.

Attitudes/Behaviors: Respect for people, initiative, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility, discipline, responsibility, resilience to effort and stress, tendency towards continuous professional development.

If the application for participation is submitted through the cariere.gov.md platform, then the Application Form will be generated and automatically completed based on the data from the electronic application.

Copy of the identity card

Copies of the presented documents can be authenticated by a notary or presented together with the original documents to check their veracity. If the competition file is submitted by post or email, this provision applies on the date of the written test of the competition, under penalty of the rejection of the competition file.

Copies of the degrees and, where applicable, the certificates of completion of professional development

and/or specialization courses

Documents that certify the professional experience or the Declaration on own responsibility

A copy of the work book, certificates regarding the professional activity carried out after January 1, 2019, can be replaced with the declaration on own responsibility. In this case, the candidate is obliged to complete the competition file with the original of the document within a maximum of 10 days from the date when they were declared the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.

Criminal record or Declaration on own responsibility

The criminal record can be replaced with the declaration on own responsibility. In this case, the candidate is obliged to complete the competition file with the original of the document within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the date when they were declared the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.

b. consent for the processing of personal data.
