Conditions for participation in the competition:
a. possesses citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
b. knows the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits set by law;
c. has full exercising capacity;
d. has not reached the age of 63;
e. is fit, from a health standpoint, to exercise the public office, according to
the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if there are specific health requirements for the respective function;
f. has the necessary education for the respective public function;
g. has not been dismissed from a public function according to art. 64 align. (1) lit. a) and b) or has not had their individual labor contract terminated for disciplinary reasons in the last 5 years;
h. does not have unspent criminal records for intentional offenses;
i. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to exercise a certain activity, as a basic or additional punishment, as a result of a final court judgment imposing this prohibition;
j. does not have the prohibition to hold a public office or public dignity, which derives from a finding act of the National Integrity Authority.

The purpose of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Carries out service activities at the territorial level for citizens and contributors to social insurance.
The basic tasks of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Execution of activities related to the reception and processing of documents for the registration and record-keeping of payers and contributions to mandatory state social insurance;
Carrying out activities related to the reception of applications and documents for establishing and re-examining pensions and other social benefits;
Conducting activities of receiving and processing documents for the establishment of funeral assistance;
Efficient information of individuals and legal entities in the served territory in the field of state social insurance;
Examining the inquiries submitted by individuals and legal entities on questions related to the conducted activities.
Specific requirements for participation in the contest:
Education:
Higher, bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of accounting, economics, finance, business law;
Professional development courses (specialization courses in the field of public administration, organizational communication).
Professional experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the Romanian language and the official language of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;
Knowledge of the legislation in the field.
Abilities: Working with information, planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, controlling, decision-making, analysis and synthesis, writing documents, argumentation, presentation, training, motivating, self-mobilization and team mobilization, problem-solving, defusing conflict situations, effective communication, computer skills.
Attitudes/Behaviors: Respect for people, initiative, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility, discipline, responsibility, resilience to effort and stress, tendency towards continuous professional development.
