Issue, record, and verify fiscal invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance;
Perform cash operations with responsibility and precision;
Collect cash, manage card payments, and complete the cash register as well as other necessary records;
Use the cash register to process transactions accurately and efficiently;
Manage and document return operations of goods, maintaining clear records;
Prepare the necessary documents for the verification of mutual settlements with customers;
Check the sales register to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal procedures;
Communicate kindly, professionally, and graciously with both clients and colleagues.
What do we expect from the candidate?
Must Have:
Higher or specialized secondary education in economics;
Fluency in Romanian and Russian;
Knowledge of the current tax legislation of the Republic of Moldova;
Knowledge of accounting and tax record-keeping methods;
Good PC operating skills (MS Office, 1C);
Experience in the field is an advantage;
Integrity, attention to detail, accuracy, and stress resistance.
