The real estate developer A-Casa is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to coordinate concreting works and teams of laborers in an ambitious residential project! If you have construction experience and organizational skills, we want to get to know you!
Functional duties of the construction foreman:
Coordinating and supervising the concrete workers' teams on site.
Planning and organizing concrete pouring activities.
Ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality, and deadlines.
Ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment.
Close collaboration with site engineers and subcontractors.
Keeping records of the work performed; Drawing up execution documents for the works.
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction field;
Knowledge of the norms and technological procedures for executing construction work (concreting);
Organizational, planning, and communication skills;
Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
