Maintaining records of executed works and preparing the necessary technical documentation.
Organizing construction sites and leading teams of workers.
Ensuring adherence to deadlines and the quality of construction works.
Working closely with the Site Supervisor to achieve the set goals.
Studies: Technical profile.
Certifications: Driver's license
Experience: Team leadership in the construction field.
Skills: Organizing, prioritizing, planning, delegating, and decision-making ability.
Traits: Responsibility, proactivity, initiative, leadership qualities.
Foreign Languages: Conversational proficiency in Romanian and Russian.
