Management and coordination of the maintenance and repair activities for the rental fleet's vehicles;
Supervising the inspection and repair activities of the cars before they are rented out;
Ensuring that all vehicles are in perfect working condition and meet safety standards;
Collaborating with the team to efficiently organize repair and maintenance work;
Coordinating the team of mechanics and assigning tasks;
Monitoring the inventory of car parts and ordering them when necessary;
Direct communication with clients, providing information and technical assistance.
Driver's license (category B) – is mandatory;
Solid knowledge in the automotive field and previous experience as an automotive mechanic;
Excellent team organization and coordination skills;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to meet deadlines;
Punctuality, reliability, and a desire to learn and develop.
