The company, “Vicoliv Grup” LLC, founded in 2014, which operates in the construction sector, is expanding, and we are looking for a teammate for the position of Civil Construction Foreman. Our company needs an active person who understands the specifics of working in this role, who wishes to develop the profile in which they will be active.
We need a colleague who will fit appropriately into the overall mechanism of the company and will work both for their own benefit and for the benefit of the entire team.
Ensuring that the executed work complies with design and estimation documentation, as well as with the design and planning work;
Ensuring adherence to completion deadlines in accordance with the established schedule;
Quality control of the works;
Monitoring work discipline at the construction site;
Maintaining records of the volume of work carried out, compilation of technical and execution documentation, and tracking of work journals;
Participation in construction site meetings.
Higher education in construction;
At least 2 years of experience in the field;
Knowledge of the technological procedures for executing works;
Experience in coordinating and organizing teams of workers;
Driving license category B.
