We are seeking a colleague for whom work is a challenge, someone with ambition and motivation to grow, and who already has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field. We are expanding and are currently searching for a colleague for the position of Construction and Road Repair Foreman.
Management of executed work records and development of the necessary technical documentation.
Organization and coordination of construction sites, ensuring smooth operation of activities.
Leading and supervising teams of workers to adhere to the execution plan.
Monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Responsible, punctual, dynamic person with organizational and coordination skills.
Incomplete higher education / higher education, in the field of construction is an advantage;
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in the field;
Knowledge of the technological procedures for carrying out works;
Experience in coordinating and organizing teams of workers;
Driving license category B
