The company “Vicoliv Grup” SRL, founded in 2014, operates in the construction sector. We are expanding and are looking for a colleague to fill the position of Site Supervisor in road construction. Our company needs an active individual who understands the specifics of this role and wants to develop expertise in the field they will be working in. We are in need of a teammate who can take up their rightful place within the company's overall mechanism and contribute to the benefit of both themselves and the entire team.
Checking the compliance of the executed works with the design documentation;
Ensuring adherence to the execution deadlines in accordance with the established schedule;
Quality control of the works;
Monitoring the work discipline on-site;
Record-keeping of the volume of works carried out, preparing technical and execution documentation, Logging work journals;
Participation in site meetings.
Higher education in construction
Professional certification as a site supervisor
At least 5 years of experience in the field;
Knowledge of construction work technological procedures;
Experience in coordinating and organizing teams of workers;
Driving license category B.
Proficient in PC operating systems (Microsoft Excel- advanced, Word) and other programs specific to the field of activity.
