We are looking for a colleague to fill the position of Technical Road Construction Supervisor. We need a team member who will fit properly into the overall mechanism of the company and work for the benefit of both themselves and the entire team.
We expect them to be an active individual who understands the nature of the work in this role, someone who is eager to develop in the profile they will be working in.
Will assess the complexity of works for new construction sites (risks, benefits, etc.);
Creation of work instructions;
Training staff involved in construction and road repair activities;
Will ensure compliance by site supervisors and foremen with construction work technologies;
Will check the Quality of the executed works;
Will monitor the Correctness of the sequence of operations performed on sites;
Will verify the correctness of the technical documentation (Minutes, Technical Logbook);
Will interact with the Beneficiaries in the process of handing over the objects;
Will create work execution schedules and monitor their completion;
Will interact with the Beneficiary's technical responsible, designers, and other decision-making structures involved in the construction process;
Will carry out measurements and present the volume of work executed by the Site Supervisors (technical sketches);
Will provide a comparative analysis of executed works with those included in the bill of quantities, along with presenting reports of recommendations.
Higher education, technical in the field of road construction, civil engineering
Broad knowledge of construction and engineering
Familiar with project documentation and estimates (analysis, calculations, record-keeping)
Extensive knowledge of the related legislation
Confident PC user (Microsoft Excel, Word), technical software
At least 5-10 years of experience in the field (Technical Manager, Construction Supervisor for road construction and repair – mandatory, and civil constructions – secondary)
Category B driver's license – mandatory
