Adherence to work instructions and construction plans;
Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment on the construction site;
Compliance with safety and occupational health standards.
Experience in the construction field, especially in one of the mentioned areas (is an advantage);
Knowledge of using equipment and tools specific to each type of work;
Seriousness, responsibility, and a desire to learn;
Teamwork skills and adaptability;
Availability for a flexible work schedule, depending on project needs.
