We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our construction team. The selected individual will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the work on the construction site, ensuring that it is carried out according to the plan, quality standards, and established deadlines.
Daily supervision of site activities, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the project and legal regulations;
Coordinates teams of workers and subcontractors, efficiently managing resources and materials;
Checks compliance with health and safety regulations at work;
Monitors the progress of the work and prepares periodic activity reports;
Collaborates with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the smooth running of the project;
Intervenes to quickly resolve any problems that may arise on site.

Proficiency in Romanian and Russian.
