WE OFFER A WIDE RANGE: Rental of construction equipment, transport and specialized machinery; Residential construction; Topo-geodetic surveys; meteorological stations; road construction, water supply networks, gas pipelines, landscaping of parks, residential yards, etc.
Maintaining records of executed works and preparing the necessary technical documentation.
Organizing construction sites and leading teams of workers.
Ensuring adherence to deadlines and the quality of construction works.
Close collaboration with the Site Supervisor to achieve project objectives.
Studies: Technical profile.
Certifications: Driver's license for categories B and C.
Experience: Team leadership in construction.
Skills: Organization, prioritization, planning, delegation, and decision-making ability.
Characteristics: Responsibility, proactivity, initiative, leadership qualities.
Foreign Languages: Conversational knowledge of Romanian and Russian.
