The company LACTALIS-ALBA is seeking a Boiler and Compressor Room Manager in Soroca.
Ensure continuous and technically correct operation and reliable performance of the boiler room equipment and air compressors.
Maintain equipment in a workable condition at the required technical level.
Organize scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment and steam and compressed air supply line repairs. Coordinate plans with organizations involved in repairs, providing them with the necessary technical documentation in a timely manner. Monitor the execution of repair works;
Organize the monitoring of equipment inventory and movement, the preparation and processing of technical and reporting documentation.
Control the quality of water, steam, and return condensate.
Direct the activities of auxiliary units towards the development, improvement, and enhancement of the enterprise's operational efficiency.
Coordinate the work of auxiliary units with other company departments.
Organize scheduled preventive maintenance, maintenance of equipment, cold water supply lines, and cooling systems.
Agree on plans with organizations involved in maintenance, ensuring they are provided with the necessary technical documentation in a timely manner.
Monitor the execution of repair works.
Control the compliance of data regarding the temperature of cold water and the temperature inside chambers.
Participate in the training and professional development of technical staff.
Higher or secondary technical education.
At least 2 years of experience.
Knowledge of Technical Documentation. Normative, methodical, or other materials on the organization of equipment repair.
Basics of the enterprise's production technology.
Procedures and methods for planning equipment repairs in the boiler shop.
Requirements for rational work organization, labor legislation.
Principle of operation of boilers and air compressors.
