We are looking for a Controlling & Reporting Team Leader for our team in Chișinău!
It is an advantage:
Knowledge of using SAP, Cognos software.
Provides assistance, support, and coaching for the team;
Ensures that team members reach their full potential;
Manages the achievement of the team's monthly objectives that they coordinate;
Regularly or upon request, prepares activity reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual);
Responds to inquiries and maintains contact with TOP Management.
Higher education;
Experience in team management (at least one year);
Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel - advanced, Word, Power Point);
Knowledge of English and French languages (at least B2 level);
Previous experience in the economic field/controlling/reporting;
A proactive and rigorous nature, with an analytical mind and the ability to synthesize.
