We are in search of a dedicated and passionate Payroll Accountant.
Responsibilities:
Calculating and processing wages based on data from timesheets;
Collaborating with the Human Resources department;
Administering taxes and social contributions in accordance with tax legislation, labor laws, and internal policies;
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of payroll data;
Providing support and information regarding salaries, taxes, and employee benefits;
Accounting for travel logs;
Managing the Fixed Assets sector and the Small Value and Short Lifespan Objects sector (SVSLO).
· Studies in Accounting, Finance, or related fields;
· Minimum of 2-3 years experience in payroll accounting;
· Solid knowledge of Labor Legislation and Tax Legislation of the RM;
· Strong knowledge of the National Accounting Standards (SNC);
· Digital skills in using the Office Suite and 1C software
· Attention to detail and precision in data processing;
· Confidentiality and professional integrity;
· Organizational ability and adherence to deadlines;
● Strong verbal and written communication skills;
● Ability to work effectively in a team;
● Planning, organizing, and focusing on results;
● Capacity for continuous learning and improvement;
● Proficiency in RO- C1, RU- B2 languages;
● EQ, conscientiousness, and general culture.
