General purpose of the function
It ensures the transport, within the Chisinau municipality, of the correspondence of the employees of the central office of the National Institute of Health Insurance (CNAS).
Basic duties of the position
Ensures the transport, within the Chisinau municipality, of the correspondence of the central office of the CNAS;
Ensures transportation, within the Chisinau municipality, of employees of the central apparatus of CNAS;
Ensures the integrity of transported material goods and the appropriate conditions for transporting employees in accordance with
the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulations;
Ensures the proper functioning of the vehicle, immediately notifying the chief or deputy chief of the department in the event of
finding a malfunction;
Prepares the Roadmap and presents it for signature to the head or deputy head of the section.
- Is responsible for the timely and correct execution of job duties and reports
the head of the department;
- Responsible for the integrity of the vehicle he receives;
- Is responsible for operating the vehicle in accordance with the instructions provided in the manual
its technique;
- Comply with occupational health and safety instructions for drivers;
- Has the obligation not to get behind the wheel under the influence of alcoholic beverages, or in an advanced state of fatigue;
- Not to consume alcohol during working hours;
- Bears personal responsibility for failure to comply with work discipline and the code of ethical conduct;
- Has the obligation to ensure the provision of material goods under management;
- Bears personal responsibility for failure to comply with the principle of confidentiality of information within CNAS;
-Responsible for increasing his/her professional competence.
Studies - General education, driver category, according to the motor transport for which he is responsible.
Professional experience - Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver
Knowledge - knowledge of the Road Traffic Regulations; minimal knowledge of car mechanics.
Attitudes/behaviors - Respect for people, spirit of initiative, flexibility,
discipline, responsibility, resistance to effort and stress, tendency towards continuous professional development.
The salary will be specified during the interview.
Upon conclusion of the individual employment contract, the person being hired presents the following documents to the employer:
a) identity document;
d) diploma, qualification certificate confirming special training;
e) medical certificate;
f) a declaration on his/her own responsibility regarding the fact that, during the activity at the previous jobs, he/she did not violate the provisions of art. 6 paragraph (2) of Law no. 325 of December 23, 2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except for cases when the person enters the labor field for the first time.
