Identification and resolution of technical issues related to equipment and software configuration;
Consulting clients regarding system configuration;
Working with clients over the phone and connecting remotely to sites;
Checking equipment operation according to declared specifications.
Technical education;
Knowledge of Russian, Romanian, and English languages (technical knowledge is an advantage);
Experience in installing Windows operating system and software;
Knowledge about computer networks (TCP/IP);
Skills in configuring and routing network equipment;
Interest in security systems (access control, video surveillance, security alarms, intercoms);
Responsibility for the work performed;
Customer orientation;
Attention to details and a desire to learn.
Full payment of salary during the training and internship period;
Full-time work schedule (Monday - Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break) in a modern office located in the city center;
