Tasks:
• analysis, coordination, and optimization of production processes;
• managing the task schedule for shifts;

• monitoring raw material stocks for production;
• developing and implementing equipment operation instructions;
• monitoring adherence to safety procedures and standards in the production process;
• monitoring the operation and technical conditions of the equipment;
• implementing strategies to improve team performance and enhance the production process
Requirements for candidates:
• specialized studies in the technical field
• work experience in the industrial field, preferably heavy industry, metal processing, chemical production
• advanced technical knowledge
• proficiency in Romanian, Russian
