- Project administration from receiving the technical specifications to contract closure
- Management of project documentation workflow
- Preparation of technical specifications (interaction with the chief project engineer)
- Preparation of the project's schedule plan (interaction with the chief project engineer)
- Correspondence with the Client regarding the fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Control over the timely issuance of final documents, invoices, and the signing of additional agreements to contracts with the client
- Monitoring subcontractors' compliance with contractual obligations, including deadlines and the scope of work performed
- Compilation and monitoring of the project budget
- Determining the cost of the project (based on the chief project engineer's assessment, manager – control)
- Monitoring the preparation of estimates for project and survey work or joint preparation of commercial proposals
- Processing incoming inquiries from potential clients
- Working with potential clients: clarifying request details, informing about the range of services offered by the bureau, its strengths, pricing policy, portfolio, organizing presentations, and introducing the bureau's team, other actions aimed at securing the order
- Readiness for a wide range of duties, standard processes, and non-standard tasks
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- High working speed in a multitasking environment
