Our clients are settled expatriates who are renovating or building houses. Construction companies, site managers of Italian, French, Irish, and other companies.
Responsibilities:
Team Coordination: Organizes and supervises the installers' work, ensuring tasks are completed according to quality standards and deadlines.
Meeting Planning: Sets up and coordinates meetings with clients for measurements and presenting quotations.
Work Verification: Monitors and assesses the quality of installations, making sure they comply with technical specifications and safety regulations.
Feedback Management: Collects and analyzes customer feedback on completed works, taking corrective actions if necessary.
Client Relations Maintenance: Maintains effective communication with clients, ensuring they are informed about the progress of the work and resolving any ambiguities.
Reporting: Prepares periodic reports on team activity and work results, presenting them to management.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the field of PVC window installation, with solid knowledge of installation processes.
Coordination skills: Ability to organize and supervise external installation teams, maintaining our quality standards.
Communication and feedback: Ability to explain and convey the importance of quality finishes to teams in a constructive manner.
Language skills: Romanian and Russian – necessary for effective communication with the teams.
Technology: Quick use of WhatsApp and the ability to work with a CRM system.
