Roads and Bridges Engineer

SC Public Euroconsulting SRL announces the opening of a Roads and Bridges Engineer position.

Organization and monitoring of construction works on the site;

· Review execution plans and propose solutions for resolving non-conformities identified in relation to the actual site conditions;

· Participate in all decisive phases that take place on the construction site;

· Ensure timely execution and compliance with the established quality parameters for the entrusted works;

· Monitor and check the progress of all ongoing works and carry out periodic site reporting;

· Allocate resources and keep track of material consumption and hours worked by subordinate staff, while also overseeing the use of equipment and machinery provided.

Completed higher education in CFDP - Faculty of Railways, Roads, and Bridges;

· Minimum 3 years experience in road construction;

· Conversational level of English;

· Category B driving license – MANDATORY;

· Ability to organize a team of workers and manage the construction site;

· Knowledge of current legislation in the field;

· Organized and communicative individual, with skills in analysis and planning;

· Organizational and persuasive communication skills;

· Decision-making ability, team spirit.
