Receptionist

ANDERSEN ACTIVITY PARK & FAMILY RESTAURANT from the Buiucani district is looking for a Receptionist!

• Greeting guests directly through eye contact and providing the requested attention to each visitor individually;

• Answering phone calls and directing them to the responsible persons;

• Providing customers with complete information about the services of our restaurant;

• Promoting a positive image of the restaurant through proper attitude;

• Directing customers to their requested destinations;

• Selling tickets for shows and for the playground;

• Informing about the rules for using the playground;

• Excellent communication skills;

• The ability to be attentive to customer needs;

• The ability to leave a positive and pleasant impression in any situation;

• Time management skills and the ability to organize work tasks;

• Attention to detail and responsibility;

• Proficiency in Romanian and Russian is MANDATORY;

• Work experience in a similar position is welcome.
