Organizing and maintaining accounting records for payroll and work standardization within the company;
Checking and entering timekeeping records;
Issuing certificates upon employees' requests;
Filling out monthly, quarterly, or annual reports;
Preparing reports on various aspects related to their work.
Higher education in the field;
At least 2 years of work experience as an accountant;
Knowledge of current labor and tax legislation;
Strong analytical and auditing skills;
High level of responsibility and confidentiality;
Fluency in Romanian and Russian languages;
Computer skills (MS Excel, Accounting software).
