We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Chisinau.
In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful reporting. Your responsibilities will include improving the design and ongoing management of robust financial analysis, reporting, and governance processes for the controlling area. Operating as a business partner in a matrix organization, you will collaborate efficiently with teams across different departments.
Collecting and synthesizing preliminary data for the preparation of specific reports;
Optimizing and automating reporting processes;
Conducting future estimations for certain indicators;
Performing analyses based on ad-hoc requests, ensuring compliance with deadlines, data reliability, and coherence;
Identifying necessary information/sources to address ad-hoc requests;
Defining, implementing, and monitoring performance indicators in comparison with goals/budgets.
Completed higher education;
Previous experience in the economic field (controlling/reporting/finance/audit);
Good knowledge of French (level B1-B2); English considered a plus;
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills;
Strong analytical abilities, synthesis skills, logical thinking, and a passion for numbers;
Capability for diplomatic communication and customer orientation.
