Serving customers promptly and courteously
Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages according to company standards
Accurate collection of payments and cash register management
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Previous experience as a bartender, barista, cashier in the public food sector is an advantage
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Positive attitude and problem-solving orientation
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages is mandatory
