Vacancy as a Pastry Assistant on weekends and holidays. You will join our team to contribute to the preparation of pastries, maintaining the high standard of quality and flavor that defines us.
Supports confectioners in preparing confectionery and pastry products according to internal recipes and standards;
Weigh, mix and prepare the necessary ingredients;
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workplace according to sanitary and veterinary regulations;
Cleans and sanitizes utensils, equipment and work surfaces after each production stage;
May participate in the reception of raw materials and inventory, as needed;
Performs other tasks as assigned by the Head Pastry Chef.
Basic knowledge of raw materials and production processes in confectionery/pastry;
Teamwork skills, attention to detail, aesthetic sense;
Positive attitude, seriousness and desire to learn;
Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards;
Resistance to work in a hot environment and fast pace;
Secondary education (high school / vocational school - food profile is an advantage).
