We are looking for a Standardization Specialist (labels) to ensure the accuracy of product information, legal compliance, and effective communication with suppliers and authorities.
Checking product labels at the listing stage and preparing files for approval by the commercial department.
Label printing, upon request, for all formats (Linella, Fidesco, Bravo).
Participating in tastings of new products to evaluate their labeling and compliance.
Management of non-conformities detected by ANSA: participation in verifications, analysis, corrections and communication with suppliers.
Checking accompanying documents for compliance with legal requirements.
Drafting messages to suppliers regarding labeling (complaints, clarifications, adjustments).
Coordination of product withdrawal/recall processes and preparation of necessary documents for authorities.
Daily monitoring of reports in the WhatsApp group regarding non-compliant labeling and directing them to responsible persons or suppliers.
Secondary / higher education (preferably in the field of food, quality, food technology) or legal studies.
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian, English is an advantage.
PC user: knowledge of Excel, MS Office;
Attention to detail, knowledge of legal requirements regarding food labeling.
Analytical, writing and clear communication skills with suppliers.
Responsibility, organization and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
Experience with ANSA or in the field of standardization is an advantage.
