Efficient management of food stock and resources for the hot line.
Previous experience in a similar line cook role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
Excellent cooking skills and advanced knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple orders at once.
Proactive attitude, a passion for gastronomy, and a desire to deliver the highest quality dishes.
A diploma or certification in the culinary field is an advantage.
