Prepares and cooks dishes according to the established menu. Ensures compliance with sanitary and food safety regulations. Maintains order and cleanliness in the work space. Collaborates with the team to ensure an efficient flow of activity in the kitchen.
The candidate must have up to 5 years of experience in the kitchen, at entry-level or mid-level. Solid knowledge of hygiene, food preparation techniques and the ability to work effectively in a team are required. Attention to detail and correct dosage of ingredients are appreciated.
