Restaurant & Catering Dining Room Manager
Coordinating and supervising the service team in the restaurant, ensuring high standards of professionalism and quality; Organizing and managing catering activities for events throughout the day;
Creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the team, supporting the development and motivation of its members; Direct communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction through excellent service;
Monitoring operational processes and proposing solutions for optimization;
Managing inventory and collaborating with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Head Waiter, Catering Coordinator, Restaurant Manager);
Excellent organizational skills and team management abilities;
Clear and empathetic communication with customers and colleagues;
Proactive attitude and solutions-oriented;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages (English is an advantage).
