Regional Administrator (HORECA)
Implementation of the sales plan, sales control during the shift;
Planning, organizing, and controlling staff activities;
Monitoring the technical condition of equipment and facilities;
Preparation of reporting documentation;
Attracting customers, organizing and conducting banquets and thematic events;
Management and resolution of conflict situations.
At least 1 year of professional or managerial experience in the restaurant field;
Knowledge of service and hospitality standards;
Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations in public catering;
Secondary technical or higher education;
Conversational knowledge of Russian and Romanian;
Communicative, open, positive;
PC skills (Office suite).
