MERCURE CHISINAU CENTER JAZZ HOTEL is hiring Pastry Chef
Preparing confectionery and pastry products according to approved recipes and Mercure brand standards.
Developing new recipes and creative presentations for desserts served in the hotel.
Ensuring the constant quality of the dishes, both in terms of taste and aesthetics.
Efficiently organize time and tasks to meet preparation and serving deadlines.
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the confectionery laboratory and the proper functioning of the equipment.
Participation in inventory and proper management of raw materials.
Previous experience in confectionery or pastry
Knowledge of classic and modern recipes
Organizational and teamwork skills
Creativity and passion for sweets
