MERCURE CHISINAU CENTER JAZZ is the first Mercure brand hotel opened in the Republic of Moldova - member of the ACCOR GROUP network. Located in an area that ideally combines tourist attractions and business destinations, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate person to join our team.
MERCURE CHISINAU CENTER JAZZ HOTEL is hiring Pastry Chef

Responsibility

  • Preparing confectionery and pastry products according to approved recipes and Mercure brand standards.

  • Developing new recipes and creative presentations for desserts served in the hotel.

  • Ensuring the constant quality of the dishes, both in terms of taste and aesthetics.

  • Efficiently organize time and tasks to meet preparation and serving deadlines.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the confectionery laboratory and the proper functioning of the equipment.

  • Participation in inventory and proper management of raw materials.

Obligations

  • Previous experience in confectionery or pastry

  • Knowledge of classic and modern recipes

  • Organizational and teamwork skills

  • Creativity and passion for sweets
