Organization of daily activities in the sales room;
Placement of merchandise orders;
Planning, monitoring, and evaluating the activities of subordinate employees;
Managing unforeseen situations and resolving conflicts that arise within the store.
Specialized secondary education (higher education is an advantage);
Retail sales experience is an advantage;
Fluent in Romanian and Russian;
Proficient in MS Office;
Organizational skills and excellent communication abilities;
Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities.
